Lithuanian Post sends orders to the post office closest to your home.

You can return the goods within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.

All returned goods must be in their original condition, meaning they must not have been used or damaged in any way and must be in their original packaging. For example, when trying on newly purchased shoes, it is important to do so on a surface that will not damage the product, wear or leave marks on the sole - preferably on carpet.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If our team is unhappy with the condition of the returned item (eg there are signs of wear, the sole is dirty) and we are unable to return it to stock, we may not be able to accept your return and may have to send it back to you. In this case, our team will contact you by e-mail.

Supersymmetry was born under another name, Boho Batai, in Vilnius, Lithuania in 2019. After some time, we decided to change the name and brand concept, so in January 2021 we changed our name to Supersymmetry.
