Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your order within 3-4 working days, counting from the day you received the order confirmation by e-mail. Delivery times may vary depending on order size and circumstances beyond Supersymmetry's control, e.g. delays due to unfavorable weather conditions, strikes in logistics companies.

We use the services of Venipak, Omniva and Lithuanian Post to send products. Venipak and Omniva send orders to the parcel locker of your choice. Lithuanian Post sends orders to the post office closest to your home.

You will receive an SMS and/or email when you can pick up the package. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address, postal address and telephone number in your order. 

The recipient's name or delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
